Tiffany Marra, Ph.D. / Director
Dr. Marra received her Ph.D. in Education from the U-M Ann Arbor. She previously served as program director in the Office of the Provost at UM-Dearborn, where she was the founding director of Dearborn’s Hub for Teaching and Learning, and was a former program manager at both the Institute for Research on Women and Gender and the student-focused project MPortfolio. Dr. Marra brings to her role as CEW Director an impressive record of collaboration in project and team-building, demonstrated commitment to campus and student needs, and innovation in the use of technology to support community-building. Ashwini Bhasi / Women of Color in the Academy Project Coordinator

Jacqueline Bowman, Ph.D. / Senior Counselor and Program Specialist
Jacquie enjoys assisting graduate students, staff, faculty and the community with their career development strategies. She presents workshops on various educational and career topics and also conducts community college outreach within the state of Michigan. Jacquie's expertise comes from professional work experience in both the academic and corporate sector. Eilisha Dermont / Communications Manager
Eilisha has overall responsibility for the Center’s key external communications. She coordinates the planning, development and implementation of the Center's public relations and marketing initiatives. She designs and produces most of the Center’s print communications and marketing materials and has overall responsibility for the CEW website. Eilisha is the primary media contact for CEW. Kirsten A. Elling, Ph.D. / Associate Director for Counseling, Programs & Services 
Dr. Elling received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.  She oversees CEW's career and educational counseling, as well as our program offerings for students, faculty, staff, and community members. Additionally, Dr. Elling serves on a number of U-M committees, leads the U-M Council for Nontraditional Students, and collaborates with a range of U-M units/departments.
