The women who work at CEW tell me how often they find themselves pulled aside to listen to a story from a stranger of how she found support at CEW. Some received scholarships or emergency funds they needed to continue their education. Some received advice on how to balance their professional responsibilities with raising children, or how to return to work or school after a break. Others simply needed someone to talk to about issues they couldn’t raise with their colleagues. Their comments?...
