General Registration Information

Registration

As space is limited in our programs, pre-registration is requested. To register for CEW programs follow the 'Register' link at the bottom of each program description even if there is no charge for a program. Some programs will have registration through a co-sponsor or partnering organization such as the Rackham Graduate School. In that case, follow the link provided to register with our program partner.

Registration for CEW requires a valid email address.This allows us to email you with information about upcoming programs, or let you know if there has been a change to the program for which you have registered. CEW respects your privacy and does not share emails with any other organization.

Payment

Some programs have an associated fee and payment must be made in advance. Credit cards are only accepted online during the registration process. If you select check, money order, or cash during the registration process please deliver payment to the CEW office before the start of the workshop.You may mail your checks to CEW at CEW, 330 East Liberty, Ann Arbor, MI 48104. Please put your order number on your check.

Shortcodes will be accepted as payment ONLY for CEW and WCTF conferences.  Please call us if you have a question about your method of payment at 734-764-6005.

U-M P-cards cannot be used for any internal (U-M) events.

CEW also offers limited workshop scholarships for those who might not otherwise be able to attend. Please call CEW for more information (734-764-6005) or email us at registercew@umich.edu

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the program to receive a full refund. In the interest of public health, please do not attend CEW programs if you are sick. If you are unable to attend a program due to illness, please contact CEW at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the program. 
 

Parking for the Center and Central Campus

The new Library Lane underground public parking lot located near the Center is finally open! Another convenient location to the Center and central campus is a surface lot directly west of the Ann Arbor Public Library. Rates are approximately $2.00 per hour. In addition, there is also off-street parking near the Center and several parking garages in the Downtown area. Check this web site for local parking garages in the general Ann Arbor central area. Spots available at city-operated garages are updated throughout the day.

CEW is very concerned about your privacy. We do not share your information with others.

The information we collect is used to:

* Contact you regarding your existing registration
* Notify you of upcoming programs or events
* Send you information that registration for programs is open.
* Send you a copy of our newsletter.

Credit card transactions do not take place through our website, but are transferred to Payflow, a secure website that uses SSL encryption to protect your confidential information.
