Grace manages the CEW+ student programs, empowering women+ and underserved students at the University of Michigan to reach their full potential. Before joining CEW+, Grace worked in education program management and equity research. She holds an Ed.M in Education Policy and Management from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA in English and Political Science from Lawrence University.
